IMG has signed two agreements with the Italian Government. These agreements recognise IMG as ‘technical body’ on behalf of the Italian Government for the implementation of two projects in favor of Uruguay, namely: 'Credit Line in support to the Small and Medium Enterprises’ (CLSME) and ‘Credit Line in support to the Public Health Sector’ (CLPHS).

In the implementation of CLSME project, IMG, upon request of the Donor, evaluates and monitors projects presented by local entrepreneurs, whether approved or rejected by the Uruguayan Technical Committee and Banks.

In the realization of CLPHS, IMG is responsible of providing technical assistance to the Uruguayan Health Sector in the following key activities of the tendering process: preparation of tenders, selection of companies, awarding of the contracts and monitoring of the delivery phase.
